By enabling users to control the sort order of data in the charts, we have empowered them with greater flexibility and analytical capabilities.
2. Advanced Filter Functionality
Our advanced filter functionality has received a crucial update that enhances usability and efficiency. The saved filter name is now displayed alongside the filter conditions, making it easier to manage and avoid duplicate names. Additionally, a preview of the selected filters is shown in the pop-up window, simplifying navigation and filter management. These filters are user-specific and remembered upon login, and allow for sophisticated “what-if” analysis and customized report generation. This enhancement significantly boosts the ability to filter, and slice-and-dice data according to user preferences.
3. User Interface Improvements
We have improved the visual and user experience related to dynamic documents. The new UI enhancements streamline the process of importing and exporting dynamic documents, with better-formatted error messages and improved attachment pop-ups. Users can now update, delete, and add attachments more efficiently. This refresh of attachment controls in the new interface, along with a revamped look for file replacement pop-ups, enhances the overall document management experience.
4. Enhanced Folders and Reports Visualization
We’ve made significant updates to the reports folder to improve both its appearance and functionality, ensuring you can quickly find the reports you need. Here’s what’s new:
- Quick Access to Frequently Used Reports
Your most frequently accessed reports are now conveniently highlighted for easy retrieval. - Favourite Reports for Instant Access
You can now mark important reports as favourites, making them readily available in your personalised Favourites folder.
To mark a report as a ‘Favourite,’ simply find the report, then click on the ‘Favourite’ button on the top right. - Advanced Search Capabilities
With improved search capabilities, you can not only search for reports by name but also find all reports containing specific fields.

5. Improved In-Filtering Columns Pop-Up
The in-filtering columns pop-up has been updated to offer a greater range of management options. Users can now include and exclude options more effectively, with functionalities like add-all, exclude-all, and change order of selection. This improvement streamlines the process of managing columns within filters, enhancing the overall user experience.
6. iForm Configuration Enhancement
We’ve introduced new settings for refreshing iForms and Panels on Attachment Editor, giving users greater control over page elements. This enhancement ensures that business processes are adhered to and supported more effectively. For example, when a project timeline changes, specific messages and buttons are triggered automatically, and the page refreshes itself once required actions are completed. This automation simplifies the workflow and ensures that all criteria are met seamlessly.
7. PowerPoint Export Enhancement
PowerPoint downloads have been significantly improved. They are now compatible with session filters and support filter queries. A new ‘Filter Query’ setting for ‘Export to PowerPoint’ in the Windows Client allows users to apply screen filters directly to the PowerPoint export, ensuring that the exported information matches the filtered data displayed on the screen.
